Problem Solving: Decision Support System Architecture

The aim of this study is to build the architecture a decision support system for actors in resolving problem situations using an intersubjective approach management. To achieve goal, it necessary classify systems and identify features used resolve situations, allowing be attributed certain class; develop information tool with management based on selected class systems.
